Since 2013 the establishment of an advance care directive allows you to decide for yourself who may act on your behalf in the event of illness or incapacity. In this newsletter we pass on our first practical experiences to you and point out additional measures to be taken to ensure that your advance care directive is actually implemented according to your wishes.
In Switzerland, debt collection proceedings can be initiated with a simple debt enforcement request without any legal justification. The associated entry in the debt collection register is often accompanied by unpleasant side effects for the affected companies or private persons. We will show you the upcoming legal improvements and point out the new challenges.
