  • Setting up legal entities and companies

    Our experienced notaries perform public notarisations for corporate formations in the canton of Lucerne and throughout Switzerland. We form joint-stock companies (Ltd.) and limited liability companies (LLC) for you. We will work with you to establish your foundation according to your wishes.

  • Restructuring of companies

    We support you and your company in the event of a merger, a demerger, a conversion of corporate form or a transfer of assets and liabilities in accordance with the Merger Act and notarise the necessary resolutions for you. Furthermore, our notaries will assist you with amendments to the Articles of Association, with the transfer of registered office, capital increases or a capital reduction, and advise you in the event of changes to the board of directors or the executive board; we also support you in all dealings with the Commercial Register.

  • Notarisation of real estate transactions in the Canton of Lucerne

    Our notaries have extensive experience in performing public notarisations of all types of real estate transactions in the Canton of Lucerne. We prepare and notarise your property purchase agreement or your donation agreement, purchase option or a right of first refusal, subdivide property, create condominium ownership, building rights or prepare easement agreements (boundary set-off waivers, rights of way, etc.) and ensure that all goes smoothly in dealings with the Land Registry. Our notaries advise you and your family on transferring real estate to the next generation and will deal with the documentation needed for granting the right to reside in or a usufruct over a property. Of course, we provide you with general support in all dealings with the Land Registry of the Canton of Lucerne.

  • Notarisation in the realm of matrimonial and inheritance law

    Our notary public performs all notarisations in the area of matrimonial and inheritance law in Lucerne and throughout Switzerland. We prepare and notarise your pre- or postnuptial agreement (modified participation in acquired property, community of property or separate property regime) or your asset agreement. We provide you and your family with comprehensive advice on issues relating to inheritance law, draft and notarise your contract of inheritance, your combined pre- or postnuptial and inheritance contract or your last will and testament. Of course, we also ensure that the notarised deed is deposited securely with the competent probate office.

  • Notarisation of guardianship arrangements

    Our notaries of the Canton of Lucerne will explain the various options for setting up guardianships and advance care directives and will advise you when drafting such documents. In accordance with your request or in more complex cases, we will notarise your advance care directive. Of course, we also ensure that your documents are stored safely and are easily located in the event that the guardianship or advance care directive is activated.

  • Notarisation of signatures and other official deeds as well as apostilles

    Our law firm performs all notarial and official authentications of signatures and documents with validity for Switzerland and foreign countries. If necessary, we arrange the necessary apostilles or legalisations for you and your company at the state chancellery, embassies or consulates (apostille service).
