  • Extrajudicial and judicial representation

    Our attorneys assist and represent you in all matters of civil, administrative and criminal law, both in out-of-court negotiations and settlement discussions, as well as in disputes before conciliation authorities, ordinary courts and authorities, commercial courts or arbitration tribunals in Lucerne and throughout Switzerland.

    In order to assert and enforce your rights, we represent you in out-of-court negotiations and in proceedings before conciliation authorities, all instances of the ordinary courts, commercial courts or arbitration tribunals in Lucerne and throughout Switzerland.   • Arbitration proceedings

    Our lawyers advise and represent you in national arbitration proceedings in accordance with the relevant arbitration rules as well as in ad hoc proceedings in the specialist areas of general contract and commercial law, real estate law, construction law, labour law, tenancy law and data protection law.

  • Administrative proceedings

    We support and represent you in all matters of public law in negotiations and in proceedings before regulatory authorities and communal, cantonal or federal authorities - in particular in the areas of construction (e.g. building permits, development plans, local planning procedures), tendering, expropriation, energy and data protection - before the cantonal administrative and social security courts, the Federal Administrative Court or the Federal Supreme Court.

  • Criminal Procedure Law

    Our lawyers comprehensively represent your rights in criminal investigations and criminal proceedings in Lucerne and throughout Switzerland. We provide support at all stages of criminal proceedings, both as private attorneys and as criminal defence lawyers, with expertise and personal commitment.
