This autumn, we are celebrating 15 successful years. This anniversary is an opportunity not only to reflect on our beginnings, but also to take a look behind the scenes. Our youngest colleague, Romina Zumbühl, will take you on her journey to becoming an Attorney at Law and share her personal experiences.
A comprehensive revision of warranty law for land and immovable works will come into force on 1 January 2026. Among other things, it will clarify the rules on security deposits in the context of builders' liens. In our newsletter, we will explain the most important changes, highlight their impact on purchase agreements and construction projects, and provide builders and contractors with guidance on what they should pay particular attention to in future.
Finally, we are delighted to welcome three new colleagues to our team: Attorney at Law Romina Zumbühl, Legal associate Sophia Koch, and commercial apprentice Seyna von Allmen.
