Michael Schumacher, a specialist attorney in construction and real estate law at the Swiss Bar Association (SAV), will give a presentation on the joint lien at the 16th Lucerne Condominium Ownership Day.
The presentation will examine the legal foundations and practical issues surrounding the joint lien in detail, aiming to provide in-depth, practical knowledge.
The 16th Lucerne Condominium Ownership Day will take place on 3 November 2026, at the Swiss Museum of Transport in Lucerne.
