In the latest issue of our newsletter, we provide information on new jurisdiction in maintenance law and on planned legislative revisions in private construction contract law.
We address five landmark rulings of the Federal Supreme Court on maintenance law. This new jurisdiction will have a significant impact on the calculation of maintenance claims of children and spouses in the event of separation or divorce throughout Switzerland. In addition, we inform you about planned legislative revisions in private construction contract law. The changes proposed by the Federal Council will affect both builders and contractors in practice.
