New commentary on liability law

The latest commentary on liability law, published by Prof. Dr. Willi Fischer and Dr. Thierry Luterbacher, combines current liability law regulations in Switzerland in one comprehensive work for the first time.

Christian Leupi comments on “Art. 59a of the Code of Obligations” on the liability in respect to electronic signatures as well as “Art. 16 - 18 of the Federal Law on Electronic Signatures (ZertES)”, concerning the liability of certification service providers and recognition authorities.

The commentary is published in printed and electronic form. The electronic form will be updated periodically. The commentary is available for retail from the end of December 2015.
