We are pleased to announce that Sarah Birrer has joined our firm as an attorney at law as of 1 October 2025.
Sarah Birrer advises and represents private individuals and companies. Her practice focuses on contract law (particularly in the areas of construction and real estate and tenancy), construction and planning law, debt collection and bankruptcy law, as well as criminal law and criminal procedure.
Sarah Birrer graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Basel. She has experience working for the authorities at Immobilien Basel-Stadt, the Child and Adult Protection Authority of Basel-Stadt, and as a deputy court clerk at the District Court of Rheinfelden, as well as experience working as a lawyer. In addition to her work in the public administration, she worked as a trainee lawyer and legal assistant in a law firm in the canton of Basel-Stadt, where she deepened her knowledge in her areas of specialization. Sarah Birrer completed her training by successfully obtaining her bar license in the Canton of Aargau and has been consistently developing her legal expertise ever since.
