We are pleased to announce that Katja Moll has joined our firm as an attorney at law as of 1 January 2025.
Katja Moll advises and represents private individuals and companies as a lawyer primarily in the areas of contract law (in particular labour, tenancy and construction), criminal law and criminal procedure, construction and planning law as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy law.
Katja Moll completed her studies at the Universities of Bern and Vienna (summa cum laude). During her studies, she gained valuable practical experience in a law firm specialising in criminal law. She was also involved in an independent counselling centre for people deprived of their liberty.
She continued her legal education at the Regional Court of Emmental-Oberaargau and at a law firm in Bern, where she deepened her knowledge of both civil and criminal law. She was subsequently qualified as a lawyer in the Canton of Berne. Before joining our firm as a lawyer, Katja Moll worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Law at the University of Bern.
