Michael Schumacher has become a member of the association providing standby services in criminal defence in the Canton of Lucerne (Verein Pikett Strafverteidigung Luzern).
Members of the "Verein Pikett Strafverteidigung Luzern" provide regularly standby services, to ensure the rights of accused persons at the beginning of a criminal procedure in the Canton of Lucerne and to defend them in an eventual detention examination procedure. The members of the association are elected duty defence lawyers as well as other attorneys at law who are primarily engaged in criminal law.
