We will inform you about the merger for own use (ZEV) as well as questions regarding rent increases (e.g. due to sustainable electricity production or increased interest rates).
The electricity and energy shortage is bringing the need for security of supply as well as independent and sustainable electricity production into focus. In response to this need, interesting solutions have developed in recent years, among others for private consumption of solar power. In our article, we take a closer look at private consumption communities (in German: Zusammenschluss zum Eigenverbrauch; ZEV).
In addition to the increased interest rate levels, the arising need for energy-efficient renovations also raises the question of rent increases. We inform about the requirements and formalities of rent increases and give you an overview of the current legal situation.
