In the latest issue of our newsletter, we inform you about the hot topic of the hour – the turn around in energy policy – and shine a light at the topic of private consumption communities (ZEV). Amidst the rising interest rate levels and due to taking measures for sustainable electricity production, the question of rent increases may arise for landlords.
The electricity and energy shortage is bringing the need for security of supply as well as independent and sustainable electricity production into focus. In response to this need, interesting solutions have developed in recent years, among others for private consumption of solar power. In our article, we take a closer look at private consumption communities (in German: Zusammenschluss zum Eigenverbrauch; ZEV).
In addition to the increased interest rate levels, the arising need for energy-efficient renovations also raises the question of rent increases. We inform about the requirements and formalities of rent increases and give you an overview of the current legal situation.
