In the twelfth edition of our newsletter, we provide information about "family governance" and its implementation as well as the revised cantonal energy law.
Family-owned businesses, entrepreneurial families and wealthy families often need advice in the areas of family governance, succession planning, inheritance law, family and marital law, corporate law and real estate law. In this context, we show the legally relevant topics and possible legal arrangements and present the central instrument of the family charter.
The new cantonal energy law came into force on 1 January 2019. The implementation of the energy strategy 2050 and the corresponding federal energy law require the cantons to ensure the efficient and ecological use of energy in the electricity and building sectors. We will show you how the revised cantonal energy law implements these central regulations and which measures will be taken to strengthen the use of renewable energy and energy-efficient technologies.
