Legal associate
Mika Stocker works as a legal associate in our law firm and is currently completing his internship for the bar exam in the Canton of Lucerne.
He supports our team with his broad and in-depth knowledge in all areas of law. His responsibilities include drafting legal documents, drawing up contracts, clarifying legal issues, correspondence with our clients and all official bodies. He advises our clients in a competent, prudent and solution-oriented manner and also represents them before courts and authorities.
Mika Stocker obtained his Master's degree from the Law Faculty of the University of Lucerne, focusing on corporate and tax law as well as competition and regulatory law. Prior to joining our firm, Mika gained practical experience in a fiduciary office and a notary's office in the Lucerne area as well as at one of the leading international tax consulting firms in Switzerland.
Mika Stocker's internship at our law firm will allow him to put into practice the in-depth knowledge he has acquired at the University of Lucerne, while at the same time preparing him for the bar exam.
